Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
